Dancing is keeping me active and healthy both physically and mentally........
I was not sure how this was going to work but I have found the online class has provided a platform for me to connect with my dance teacher so that I continue to learn, dance and grow. It has also helped take my mind off the current situation, keeping me active and healthy both physically and mentally.
A big thank you to the teachers for transitioning to online learning which continues to provide connectivity and a positive outlook for those of us isolated during this time.
